Statement No. (2) Issued by the Coordinating Council of Ahwazi Organisations
The Coordinating Council of Ahwazi Organisations, guided by the principles of transparency and national responsibility, and in order to inform the masses of our Ahwazi people and their national forces at home and in the diaspora, hereby announces the administrative and organisational structure of responsibilities within its leadership institutions. This comes in accordance with the approved internal mechanisms and the principle of periodic rotation of positions.
Accordingly, the Council discloses the following appointments:
- Mr Jalil Al-Sharhani, General Coordinator of the Coordinating Council of Ahwazi Organisations
- Mr Salah Abu Sharif Al-Ahwazi, Official Spokesperson of the Coordinating Council of Ahwazi Organisations
- Mr Abdulrahman Al-Haidari, Head of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Coordinating Council of Ahwazi Organisations
- Mr Mahdi Al-Hashemi, Head of the Media Committee of the Coordinating Council of Ahwazi Organisations
The Council affirms that these appointments come within the framework of strengthening institutional work, unifying national efforts, and elevating the level of political and media coordination in a manner that serves the just Ahwazi cause and enhances its presence at both the regional and international levels.
The Coordinating Council of Ahwazi Organisations further confirms that the announcement of the remaining committees will follow in due course and at the appropriate time, in line with the requirements of organisational work and the demands of the current phase, and in harmony with the Council’s objectives and national plans.
The Council also stresses that all its committees and bodies operate in a collective and responsible manner, consistent with the aspirations of our Ahwazi people for freedom, dignity, and the right to self-determination.
