Invitation to an Ahwazi Demonstration in London

We would like to draw the attention of our esteemed community members to the following points that distinguish our demonstration this year:

Due to the role played by Britain in influencing the fate of the Arab people of Ahwaz, and given the importance of the United Kingdom in shaping global decisions, the Ahwazi national forces, in a statement issued, agreed that London would be the venue for the main Ahwazi demonstration in April this year. Senior members of Ahwazi organizations in Europe in addition to a number of Ahwazi community members in Europe will attend the London demonstration for this year.
April 20 this year coincides with the celebrations of Eid al-Fitr, and this demonstration is an opportunity to celebrate both occasions together.
Therefore, we urge all members of our community, especially the youth, to attend this national event so that we can hold a demonstration worthy of our people and be their voice in the diaspora.
Demonstration Schedule:
On Saturday, April 20, 2024, as per the following details:
The march will begin at 2:00 PM with a gathering at Trafalgar Square, then proceed along Whitehall Street, where we will have a stop in front of the Prime Minister’s Office. After that, we will continue the march until we gather at Parliament Square, where it will continue until the end of the demonstration at 5:00 PM.
Therefore, we urge everyone to arrive before 2:00 PM so that we can hold a march befitting the challenges faced by our people in our homeland.

Starting Point: Trafalgar Square (POST CODE: WC2N 5DN) to the Prime Minister’s Office at No. 10 Downing Street, and then to the end point of the demonstration at:
